Job Overview:
LXI Renewables is seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Lead with a strong client base to lead and expand our consulting services. The ideal candidate will design and implement sales strategies, build strategic partnerships, and develop a high-performing sales team to accelerate business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Process Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Implement streamlined sales processes for efficient client acquisition and enhanced sales performance.
- Lead marketing automation initiatives to improve lead generation and client engagement.
- Build Channel Partnerships:
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships with large consulting firms on a global scale.
- Leverage your network to expand business opportunities and develop key alliances to enhance service offerings.
- Sales Team Development:
- Build and lead both inside and outside sales teams, defining clear performance metrics and targets.
- Mentor and coach team members to achieve sales success and uphold high performance standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Expertise: 7+ years of successful sales experience, especially in consulting services within the renewable energy, asset management, or investment sectors.
- Existing Client Base: A strong network in renewable energy, investment, or consulting fields is essential.
- Leadership: Experience in creating and executing sales strategies and building high-performance sales teams.
- Partnership Development: Expertise in forming and managing global partnerships with consulting firms.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the renewable energy landscape, including solar, battery storage, and hydro.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, manage a remote team, and deliver results.
Compensation:
- Base salary plus performance-based incentives, negotiable based on experience and client network. Equity eligibility available after one year.
