  1. How do you deliver your services?
    We offer virtual consultations, on-site visits, and remote advisory support. Most clients start with a phone consultation and may progress to formal, long-term engagements.
  2. How soon can you start after booking an appointment?
    We typically begin working on a project within a week of booking, depending on the scope and urgency.
  3. What is the process for booking a consultation?
    We aim to make the user experience seamless. After reviewing our website and project list, if you believe we are the right fit, please contact us with background information. Upon signing an NDA, we will provide our fee schedule and a scheduling/payment link.
  4. Can you assist with urgent M&A decisions?
    Yes, we understand that time-sensitive situations may arise during M&A processes. If you need urgent assistance, please email us with “URGENT” in the subject line and provide details. We can usually find time within 24 hours, but please note that an expedited service fee will apply.
  5. Can you send us a proposal?
    No. We encourage potential clients to review the extensive information available on our website and make an informed decision. We are continuously evaluating our business and may consider offering a membership or subscription model in the future.
  6. What languages can you deliver services in?
    We primarily operate in English and Mandarin. We can also provide services in French, Spanish, and Japanese with translation support.
  7. What are your office hours?
    We are based in Houston, Texas (U.S. Central Time). We have established schedules for meetings with clients in Europe and Asia:
    • EMEA: U.S. mornings / EMEA afternoons
    • APAC: U.S. early evenings / APAC mornings
